What is it like to practice with me
Firstly, this is your practice.
Yes, I am here as your teacher, guide, facilitator, helping hand, yogi pal, whatever works for you; but what you experience when practicing yoga can only ever be yours.
Through every class I encourage this personal experience. To feel your body, your breath, your mind and to practice centred on the moment. How and what you practice today, might not be the same as tomorrow. Similarly, how and what your teachers, fellow students, favourite celebrities practice, might not be for you.
Embrace your individual experience, enjoy the feeling of a practice unique to your needs and really discovery what yoga can do for you.
Every class with me will incorporate some physical movement; sometimes deep, long and steady; other times flowing, strengthening and challenging, but the core belief of “this is your practice” always runs through.
