Mallorca reset

A month ago I headed to Mallorca to retreat with @annieclarke_ @timetoreeset @laura_paine and it was everything that I needed. It had been 5 years since my last retreat and my body and mind were crying out for it. I couldn’t have asked for anything more ❤️

Reflecting again a month on in the London rain, and I still feel just as inspired, nourished, grateful and full of joy as I did at the time.

The Sun / summer is finally gracing us with its presence, so no doubt we’ll all have lots of lovely outdoor things planned this week. On matter how joyful all that can be, remember we all need to take the time to recharge.

Saturday 22 June you can do exactly that by joining me for Active Rest @blackheathyoga_ A 2.5hour workshop combining all the best of rest - think restorative yoga, pranayama and beautiful yoga nidra.

Reflection…

On Saturday @blackheathphysio and I finally shared our combined practices of yoga, Pilates and physio with a gorgeous bunch of people. The sun was steaming through the windows, everyone was smiling and we left feeling so grateful to those who joined us and each other.

It was truly one of my favourite sessions so far and I can’t wait to share more together (and with you) ✨

I am so excited to be announcing this day retreat. This partnership has been a couple of years in the making but finally it’s here. What a treat to be running a day with my wonderful friend / physio / Pilates guru Kelly.

Escape the hustle and bustle of city life and join us for a nourishing day of Pilates, yoga, massage and more.

Our day will consist of:
• Pranayama, guided meditation and intention setting
• Physio led mat-based Pilates
• Myofascial self release workshop
• Gentle flow followed by Restorative and Yoga Nidra
• Goody bag

Until 14 April we are offering a 2 week early bird price for single and double bookings. The workshop is limited to 8 people and is already filling up, so book soon to join us.
