Welcome

Hi there, I’m Martha. I welcome you to a happier, healthier and more fulfilled life. Something we all deserve.

I’m a London based yoga teacher, offering practices designed to inspire you; and to provide you with the tools and wisdom to fully nurture your body and mind.

Whether you are looking for deep movement; help improve mobility, flexibility and strength, or in need of a place to rest; to take a step back from busy day to day life, my classes are here to help you discover what you need wherever you are on your yoga journey.

What it’s like to practice with me

Firstly, this is your practice.

Yes, I am here as your teacher, guide, facilitator, helping hand, yogi pal, whatever works for you; but what you experience when practicing yoga can only ever be yours.

Through every class I encourage this personal experience. To feel your body, your breath, your mind and to practice centred on the moment. To embrace your experience, enjoy the feeling of a practice unique to your needs and discover what yoga can do for you.

Every class with me will incorporate physical movement; sometimes deep, slow and steady; other times flowing, strengthening and challenging, but the core belief of “this is your practice” always runs through.

If this sounds like your particular cup of yogi tea (other brands available) then I invite you to join me in practice, and welcome in a happier, healthier and more fulfilled life.

“Martha’s classes really suit my hectic lifestyle, providing a break away, whether that is from heavy training or a heavy day.

Being invited to move slowly and with intention helps ground my mind and connect to each limb intentionally.

Each practice feels accessible, with language and sequence plans that feel inclusive and always deliver on what you expect from each class. Each creating space to help restore my body and clear my mind.”
