Blackheath Quaker Meeting Hall, Blackheath Village, London

Join me for a lovely New Year half day retreat of yoga and sound intended to bring in 2026 with calm and peace.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Gentle movement and rested yoga: Embodied flowing practice starts our time together, bringing in physical aspects of yoga that promote strength, coordination , balance and body breath connection.

Followed by Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra that begin our transition into deeper, supported restful practices.

Sound bath: To close our time together we will be joined by Gillian who will share her wonderful sound via the gentle vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls. The vibrations calm the nervous system, enhance deep rest and relaxation and promote creativity.
