SATURDAY 9 MAY 2026 | 2.00PM – 4:30PM
Blackheath Yoga, London
Active Rest is the ultimate antithesis to work hard, play hard. It is all about resting hard.
We live a world where it is getting harder to rest, and yet simultaneously we need it more than ever. It is important we find space to pause, reassess and renew our bodies and minds; readying ourselves for the outside world.
Join me for a 2.5 hour workshop that brings together the nurturing power of pranayama, Yin Yoga, restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra.
Embrace the deep sense of calm that comes from being active in rest.

What to expect
Together we will enjoy a series of restful practices to encourage the softening of sensations in the body and mind. To bring us into a place of being vs doing. To draw us towards inner listening. Practices include:
– Breathwork
– Yin Yoga
– Restorative Yoga
– Yoga nidra
